  1. To make pudina boondi raita, in a deep bowl, add curd, prepared mint paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, sugar, salt, coriander and boondi.
  2. Mix well and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and pandi chillies.
  4. Switch off the flame and pour the tempering over the raita. Mix well.
  5. Refrigerate the pudina boondi raita for 30 minutes and serve immediately.
