Main Recipe
2 cups milk
1 cup fresh thick curd (dahi)
4 ripe sliced banana
2 tbsp honey
6 crushed ice-cubes
Method
Main Procedure
- Combine the curds, banana and honey and blend in a blender until smooth.
- Add the crushed ice cubes and milk and blend again for a few seconds.
- Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.

A very easy and quick no-fuss recipe!!! Above all it is healthy too as curd is used instead of cream to give it a thick texture..delicious..You got to try it..

Madam I just wanted to clarify whether milk and curd can be used together for the smoothie.

If the milk-curd combo suits your system, you can have it. Curds are necessary to give that required thickness to the smoothie. However if you wish to, you can avoid the milk and instead combine the curds with very little water before blending.
