HEALTHY AND TASTY SPINACH
pinach is one of the healthiest foods, rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants amongst other nutrients. Always choose a bunch of spinach that has bright green leaves and stems. The leaves should be fresh and tender. There should be no sign of wilting, bruising or yellowing. Generally shopkeepers spray a little water on the spinach to keep them fresh, but you should touch the leaves to make sure they are just wet and not slimy, as sliminess is a sign of decay.
