For eggless chocolate walnut cake
 

  1. To make chocolate walnut cake, combine milk and vinegar in a bowl. Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine walnuts, chocolate chips and 1 tsp plain flour in another small bowl. Mix well and keep aside.
  3. In a big bowl, add soft butter and powdered sugar, whisk it well till light and fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla extract and whisk well. In the same bowl, sieve plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  5. Add milk and mix well to make a cake batter. Fold in the coated walnuts and chocolate chips in the batter.
  6. Transfer the batter into a greased and lined tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° c for 30-35 minutes or until the skewers inserted comes out clean.
  7. Carefully demould the cake from the tin and cut into 12 equal slices.
  8. Serve the eggless chocolate walnut cake.

Soft, chocolaty and mind blowing. The combo of dark chocolate with condensed milk is very good. Kids will love this!!!

CB - one of my favourite sweet snacks! I substitute the atta with ground oats and add chia seeds. Instead of castor sugar, I feel raisins or dried strawberries or cranberries are better sweeteners.
