I made this tikki but it comes out very hard I dnt know why please tell me how to make soft tikki

Tarla Dalal    This recipe has been tried here and they were not hard. However make sure you deep-fry the tikkis on a medium or a high flame and not on a slow flame. Do try it again and do let us know how they were. Happy Cooking !!

I was so surprised with this recipe. Without using potato or any other binding agent, this tikkis are made. When you have this tikki, you wont feel like anything is missing. The corn and capsicum with chillies makes this recipe flawless. I love Tarla Dalal for giving us such recipes, which we cannot even think of.
