Great i always tried to make this but never was upto hotel standard which i often ate... great recipe and the website...really awesome.

I used everything but the tamarind. Maybe I''ll use tamarind next time. It''s good,...my household likes it.....it''s just seems like something is missing. Anyway,..Thanks for the recipe. It''s my first using a new wet/dry mixie and I''ll try it again,...and again.
