The paneer stuffing is gorgeous! Its not that easy a dish to make, but follow the recipe to the tee for best results. the puris are delectable.

Some may find it bland, but thats the way the french eat. I love it too. the white sauce is creamy and the cheese is just divine. good snack.

simple and delicious mushroom starter. Loved its simplicity and focus on the mushroom flavour rather than adding heaps of other flavours on it.

Awesome idea! A good short cut to handvo! Lighter version and made quickly from an idli batter. Your kids will also love this.

This recipe is all about health. The varagu is really good for the system. But, what is remarkable is that it is incredibly tasty and easy to make as well.

I am not a fan of paneer. Inspite of that I absolutely loved the recipe. Its a sumptuous and delicious paneer treat!

Its a detailed, time consuming recipe. But the puris are brilliant. Just the way they are supposed to be..can be cooked in minimum oil too.
