It came out very well..indeed very tasty...but bajra stuck to the pan ( I was not using non stick pan) and hence, that crunchiness could not be achieved :D but overall a good option

I tried it first when I was pregnant with my first baby and it turned out so well and it looked so good that I made it for my calorie conscious guests and they simply loved it.. and enjoyed it all the more since the dumplings are not fried...awesome recipe

Curry Chat

This was delicious - at least, the way I interpreted the recipe was delicious. It makes enough curry sauce that we could have used twice the chat and four times the kofta (which we couldn't get to keep its shape in the oil, so we just fried the mixture into little crunchies). And it was good enough that we're sprouting more beans just to use up the rest of the sauce.

This faraali recipe turned out super duper tasty. Thanks for this recipe. I altered it a little by adding 3 cups of water instead of two, and added some pepper powder. Also, while garnishing with coriander, I added roasted groundnuts powder to it.
