This is an easy recipe with fantastic results. My daughter is picky about her Palak and she loved it (she suggested I make the Paneer chunks a little smaller :-) I did fudge with the cream an used yogart instead on one dinner and it was OK. Tonight I have to use powederd ginger since I am out of the fresh (I so hate to use anything but fresh but I''m not going out in this rain!) so I will have to tell you if it had a dramatic affect.

My husband doesn''t like paneer and after tasting the dish (palak paneer), his pallet for paneer and palak has changed and he loved it. Absolutely delicious.
