A simple and refreshing soup with cucumber and capsicum. It is soup served chilled unlike other soups which are served hot. Dont forget to serve chilled!

Cool and refreshing soup made from cucumber, curds and low fat milk with nice small bite size pieces of cucumber, and capsicum. Make sure you serve it really chilled.
