something unique from the regular achaars we have. Bhindi when fried and mixed with spices transforms its taste totally. The achaar is little tangy and spicy and you wont feel like u r having a bhindi. Super amazing..

I lightly saute-ed the bhindi in garlic oil to infuse added flavours to it and it worked wonderfully well! This recipe is awesome and truly rare!Thanks.
