Caramelized onions have a very beautiful flavour and totally awesome texture. Together with peppy jalapeno, the mildly-sweet caramelized onions make a wonderful topping for cheesy pizzas. A seasoning of chilli flakes adds a touch of spice too, making the Caramelized Onion and Jalapeno Pizza a flawlessly perfect creation!

Crusty Potato Fingers and Pasta Salad with Basil Vinaigrette along with a sprity drink like Guava Spritzer or Fresh Peach Fizzy Drink make ideal pizza companions.

i served this as a starter-was a real hit as a pizza which was light and also the sweetness of the onions and the zing of jalpano was a great combination.
