To make red rice with garlic, heat the olive oil in a broad non stick pan. Add the garlic and sauté on a slow flame for 30 seconds. Add the cooked red rice, soy sauce and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Serve the red rice hot.
