Wholesome flours of ragi, soya and whole wheat along with jaggery make this a protein an iron packed snack, while a garnish of nuts and khus khus adds to the nutrient value and imparts an exciting crunch as well. Method
  1. Heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the flours and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  2. Remove from the flame, add the jaggery and mix very well.
  3. Pour the mixture in a greased plate (thali) and spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Garnish with almonds and poppy seeds and keep aside to cool.
  5. Cut into equal sized pieces and serve immediately or store in an air-tight container.

I had never made golpapdi with other flours like nachni and soya before trying this recipe... But I must say this is a real quickkie and healthy recipe.... Do try it!!

The three flour golpapdi is a good alternative to the one made using whole wheat flour.It not only gives it a unique taste but also imparts a great chewy texture.A very good pregnancy recipe.
