1 cup raw rice (chawal)
salt to taste
Method
  1. Soak the rice in enough water for 30 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Combine the rice, salt and 1½ cups of water in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  3. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
  4. Use as required.

I always prefer making rice in a cooker but not sure as how to make with perfect water prop so when I came across this recipe i was very happy and nowdays I just follow this and make the rice....
