Grilled Broccoli Recipe |  Grilled Broccoli Florets | Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin E rich snack |

Grilled Broccoli is a simple yet flavourful dish that highlights the natural goodness of fresh broccoli florets. Marinated with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground black pepper, the broccoli is grilled to perfection, giving it a crisp texture on the outside and a tender bite inside. The subtle smoky aroma from grilling adds depth to its flavour, making it one of the most delicious ways to enjoy broccoli. This easy-to-make recipe not only enhances taste but also retains the vegetable’s essential nutrients.

The olive oil used in the marinade adds a dose of healthy fats that support heart health and improve the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins such as Vitamin K and Vitamin A found in broccoli. The light drizzle of lemon juice brings a refreshing tang that balances the earthy flavour of the broccoli and adds Vitamin C, which helps in boosting immunity and iron absorption. Together, these ingredients make the dish not just appetizing but also highly nutritious.

One of the most significant health benefits of Grilled Broccoli Florets is their richness in Vitamin K, which plays a vital role in blood clotting and bone strength. Broccoli is one of the top plant sources of this vitamin, and grilling it lightly helps preserve its nutritional value. Including broccoli regularly in your diet can contribute to maintaining strong bones and cardiovascular health, making this recipe an ideal choice for a balanced lifestyle.

Apart from Vitamin K, broccoli is also rich in dietary fibre, antioxidants, and Vitamin A. These nutrients work together to support digestion, eye health, and cell repair, while helping to reduce inflammation in the body. Since this recipe uses minimal oil and avoids heavy sauces, it remains low in carbohydrates and calories, making it suitable for weight management and diabetic-friendly diets.

Whether served as a starter, side dish, or tea-time snack, Grilled Broccoli is a versatile and wholesome option. Its spicy and tangy tones, combined with a crunchy texture, make it a delightful treat for both health-conscious eaters and food lovers alike. Enjoy it hot off the grill for maximum flavour and nutritional benefits — a perfect blend of taste, health, and simplicity on your plate.
