I have been drinking this juice 3 time a day since March 27/2020 I love how I feel down 20 pounds and love. I’ve included another drink with that in the morning celery juice which I’ve been doing for 21 days now and that gives you a shot of energy in the morning and before I go to bed at night I take a bunch of parsley six pieces of ginger sliced a large cucumber A half a lemon and a tablespoon of Alevera put that in a blender blend it all up and drink it down Before you go to bed and I’ve also been drinking that for 21 days and every day I walked 3.5 km that’s my exercise
