Chocolate Truffle Sauce recipe - How to make Chocolate Truffle Sauce

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 1.5 cups

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups roughly chopped dark chocolate
1 cup fresh cream
Method
  1. Heat the fresh cream in a broad non-stick pan and boil on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Switch off the flame add the chocolate and mix very well till smooth.
  3. Allow it to cool completely.
  4. Use as required.

Handy tip:

  1. Chocolate truffle sauce can be made in advance and stored refrigerated.

I have tried this recipe a lot of times and have used in making various dessert recipes. It is really easy and quick. Just loved this recipe.
