For tandoori mushroom
  1. To make tandoori mushroom, in a deep bowl add hund curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, chaat masala, roasted besan, garam masala, kasuri methi, salt to taste and lemon juice.
  2. Whisk the marinade well. Add the mushrooms and gently mix it well with the marinade. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat 2 tsp oil in a broad nonstick pan, add the marinated mushrooms.
  4. Cook on medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes, while stirring occasionally until all the moisture evaporates and gets evenly cooked.
  5. Serve the tandoori mushrooms hot with green chutney.

grown ups would love it. i love the fact that it's highly nutritious and healthy. loved the flavours and made this thrice already. however i would suggest reducing the spices (chillies, garlic, ginger, dhanjeera) a little.

Tandoori mushrooms, with out putting them in a tandoor, wow great recipe, and at the same time it is low fat. I often make this recipe, everybody loves at home. Thank you Tarlaji.
