The addition of garden cress seeds further enhances the nutrition and flavour of this iron rich breakfast drink. By pooling in a lot more nutrients and fibre, it helps digestion and relieves stress. The Pineapple Sweet Lime Drink is citrus to the core, so make sure you serve it fresh before it loses its freshness.
- Add the pineapple cubes and sweet lime segments a few at a time in the hopper.
- Pour equal quantities of the juice into 2 individual glasses and top with 1 tsp of garden cress seeds in each glass.
- Serve immediately.
- This combination does not turn out well in a juicer because the texture of the ingredients are hard.
