Ingredients


Hopper Method
1 1/4 cups pineapple cubes
16 big sweet lime (mosambi) segments
2 tsp soaked garden cress seeds (halim / aliv)

Method
  1. Add the pineapple cubes and sweet lime segments a few at a time in the hopper.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the juice into 2 individual glasses and top with 1 tsp of garden cress seeds in each glass.
  3. Serve immediately.

Juier method

  1. This combination does not turn out well in a juicer because the texture of the ingredients are hard.
