  2. Make a batter by putting whole wheat flour and jaggery water in a bowl. Whisk well to break all lumps.
  3. Gradually add enough water to make a batter of pancake consistency. We added 3 tablespoons water.
  4. Add cardamom powder, baking powder, salt and mix gently.
  5. Heat a non stick pan and grease it with coconut oil or ghee.
  6. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread in a circular direction to make an 125 mm (5 inches) circle.
  7. Cook on medium heat for 50 seconds or until jali (holes) appear.
  8. Grease with oil, flip and cook the other side the same way. Keeping flipping and cooking till golden brown. Repeat again to make 6 more whole wheat jaggery pancakes.
  9. Serve whole wheat eggless jaggery pancakes hot.
