I've carefully chosen the right balance of fruits and vegetables to prepare this tonic, which is infused with sufficient vitamins a, c and digestive enzymes, to meet a day's requirement. It is very satisfying and satiating and provides only 31 calories! to retain the fibre, use a big holed strainer to strain the juice. The drink gives all the vitamin a and c requirement for the day.
Recipe Description for Tomato, Orange, Carrot and Papaya Juice
- Combine all the ingredients along with ¾ cup of water in a mixer and blend till smooth. Strain
- Strain the mixture using a strainer.
- Pour equal quantities of the juice into 4 individual glasses and top with 1 ice cube in each glass.
- Serve immediately.
