Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 whole garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp whole grain mustard paste
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp sea salt (khada namak)
Method
- Cut the head of the garlic and discard it. Place the garlic on an aluminium foil, drizzle ½ tsp of olive oil evenly over it.
- Wrap it well from all the sides and roast in a pre-heated oven at 200ºc (400ºf) for 25 minutes.
- Remove the garlic from the foil and peel it.
- Combine all the ingredients along with the roasted and peeled garlic in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Use as required.

Roasted garlic dressing.. this is an amazing dressing.. with strong flavour of garlic.. its really very nice..
