10 medium sized oranges , segmented and deseeded
8 medium sized carrot , roughly chopped
1 medium sized beetroot , roughly chopped
14 to 16 strawberries (seasonal)

For Serving
1 cup crushed ice
  1. Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Strain the juice using a strainer, add the ice and mix well.
  3. Place ¼ cup of ice each in 4 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it. Serve immediately.
