The Penne, Basil and Apple Salad is a wholesome and sumptuous salad, which is actually as filling as a meal! Contrasting ingredients like apple and capsicum give this salad multiple textures, while a herby and lemony dressing gives it an irresistible flavour.
Serve this salad immediately upon preparation, because if you leave it for long, the penne will get dry and the veggies and fruits will get limp.
Method- Combine all the ingrdients in a deep bowl and mix well.
