Ingredients
For Paneer Garlic Bread
- 3 burger buns
- 1/2 cup small paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
- 3/4 cup diced mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
- 1/4 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- salt to taste
To Be Mixed Into Garlic Butter
- 6 tbsp soft butter
- 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
- 1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
For paneer garlic bread
To make cheesy paneer garlic bread, cut the burger buns into half horizontally using a sharp knife.
In a small bowl, add paneer cubes, chilli flakes, oregano and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
Place 1 halve of burger bun on a clean, dry surface and apply 1 tbsp garlic butter evenly on each halve.
Sprinkle little cheese, place the prepared paneer cubes, some green chilies.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° c (400° f) for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Serve cheesy paneer garlic bread immediately.
