NEVER FORGET TO GREASE AND DUST
efore pouring the cake batter, always grease the tin using melted butter and dust it using plain flour. Spread the flour uniformly on the base and sides of the tin. Shake well to get rid of all the excess flour. This will prevent the cake from sticking to the tin and enable it to come off the mould easily.
