Quick and easy to make but extraordinarily tasty, the Herbed Baby Potatoes with Garlic Mayo Dip is a perfect starter to serve at parties.
It has a tantalising flavour and a wonderful mouth-feel. Perked up with herbs and spices, the boiled baby potatoes are a perfect match for the tongue-tickling garlic mayo dip.
The dip is absolutely easy to make, as you just need to mix the ingredients together. Yet, it pleases everybody with its well-balanced sweet, spicy and tangy taste and luscious consistency. Serve the potatoes as soon as you cook them, to enjoy the fresh flavours.

For the herbed baby potatoes- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan and sprinkle little salt. Add the potatoes, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes, while tossing occasionally.
- Switch off the flame, add the chilli flakes and oregano and toss gently.
For the garlic mayo dip- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well using a whisk. Keep aside.
How to proceed- Serve immediately with garlic mayo dip.
