he first step to rule out any spoilage is sort the dal well, remove stones and other debris if any. Second is to store the daria dal in an air-tight container in the dry pantry at room temperature, it keeps fresh for atleast 5 to 6 months. For an extended shelf life (up to a year) refrigerate it!
