thank you for this wonderful recipe. We love palak paneer when we are going to the indian restaurant. Today I made palak paneer following your recipe, it was as tasty as we know it from the restaurant. I will definitly prepare it again. I also prepared paper dosa and sambhar from this app, it was as like as I know it from South-India. Thanks again. Best regards from Germany!

Just wonderful I really enjoyed this recipe very much. This is also a compliment my Norwegian Elkhound has a nose for what is healthy and tasty and I couldnt even keep him away from my plate. Thankyou I will be making this again and againxx

can you please tell me why my palak turns bitter? and no amount of sugar or cream helps at times..! where am I going wrong?

Tarla Dalal    Hi, Ensure that you blanch the spinach just for 2-3 minutes and not more than that. Drain and refresh it immediately, overcooking makes the spinach bitter flavour .
