Hi! I tried this recipe and it turned out to be very tasty...but since you have used grated carrot and capsicum in this recipe..its not malai kofta...but should be named as veg kofta ....do you agree.

I made jain version of it. instead of onions I added dudhi. it was tasty. My koftas got soft and when I was trying to fry them they broke. I covered it with corn flour and fried and they turned out to be perfect.
