Can we use the same quantity of wheat flour instead of APF

Tarla Dalal    You can try with wheat flour but the result will not be the same as APF. It will be denser.

Sweet buns.. i used to love this recipe when i was small.. and now i have learnt how to make it.. it is just too good and the best one..
