Hello I tried this receive and faced following problem The batter remained liquid at the center of container and solid around the sides.jama nahi puri tarahse Aur soft nahi bana ice ice lag raha tha

Tarla Dalal    Hi Smita Karwa, make sure when you have freezed for the first time till semi -set, churn it very well and cover it with foil and set till firm, this might take 8 to 10 hours.. While you serve wait for 5 minutes and then scoop it.
