Hi! Thanks a lot for millions of Amazing recipes and Novel cooking ideas. For this Kand-Potato rosti, do we need to boil the Kand and potatoes before grating them? Thank you!

Potato and kand rosti.. The spices added to this rosti is very simple but yet very very tasty.. its crunchy from outside and soft from inside.. Really loved this recipe.. Will try this many more times..
