My kids just loved this. They took it to the neighbors and they loved it. The butter scotch topping with walnuts is just fantastic. I could have easily had 10 of these bars. There something to that mouth feel and aroma.

The main star of the recipe is the butterscotch topping. It takes the plain biscuit base to another level. It is delicious and heart-warming. Takes you back to your childhood days and parents might want to make this for their children. It's a sweet treat for all age groups.
