Ingredients
1 1/4 cups parboiled and diagonally cut raw bananas

To Be Mixed Together Into A Batter ( Using 3/4 Cup Of Water)
3/4 cup plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
finely crushed corn flakes for rolling
oil for deep-frying

For Serving
tomato ketchup
Method
  1. Dip each banana piece in the preapred batter and roll in the cornflakes till it is evenly coated from all the sides.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep-fry, a few banana pieces at a time, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  3. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.

i had always tried raw banana chips, but these raw banana crispies are even more delicious then that. The cornflakes gives an amazing crunch to this banana crispies. The spices in the batter lends a nice taste to the bananas as well . They tastes best when had with sweet and spicy sauce or tomato ketchup. I just loved this jain recipe and so did my family..
