Yummy! Just the sight of these scrumptious stuffed mushrooms makes your mouth water. Dainty button mushrooms are stuffed with a flavourful mixture of onions, cheese, coriander, etc., and baked till the cheese melts and fuses the stuffing with the mushrooms. You will note that this arrangement tends to release a little water when baked, but not to worry, you will get eventually get the perfect texture upon baking. Enjoy the Onion, Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms fresh out of the oven.
- Remove and discard the stems from the mushrooms. Wash the mushroom caps and keep aside.
- Stuff 1 tsp of the prepared filling into each mushroom cavity.
- Place them on a greased baking tray and bake them in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400ºf) for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
