1 cup cabbage cubes (cut into 1")
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
  3. Serve chilled.
