Ingredients
1 cup boiled and peeled beetroot cubes
1/2 cup cooked sweet corn kernels ( makai ke dane)

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped celery (ajmoda)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients, including the dressing in a deep bowl and toss well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.
