Lovely contrasting shades of pink and yellow make the Creamy Beetroot and Corn Salad a spectacular sight. It sure catches your attention on the table!
But its merits just begin with the good looks. A fabulously creamy texture and awesome flavour, achieved by dressing the salad in a mix of mayonnaise, ketchup, herbs and seasonings, ensure that the salad is a sure-shot hit with everybody.
- Combine all the ingredients, including the dressing in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.
