  2. Wash the carrot very well with clean water to make it free of dirt if any . Wash it under running water to prevent any sort of contamination. 
  3. Wipe it with a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Peel the carrot with a sterilized peeler. Peel it very well so that no fibrous part remain as these are not easily digestible by babies at 7 to 8 months. Also trim both the edges of the peeled carrot. 
  5. Using a sterilized knife chop the carrots. Chop them into medium sized pieces. 2 large carrots will yield approximately 1½ cups of roguhly chopped carrot.
  6. Put a few carrots in a hopper at a time to obtain the Carrot Juice. Before making juice ensure that the hopper is well sterilized. You will need approx.. 1½ cups of chopped carrot to make ½ cup of juice. 
  7. Homemade Carrot Juice for Babies is ready for serving. Feed it immediately to your little one in an attractive bowl.

Nourishing recipe for babies who have just started weaning…. just carrots, no added salt or chaat masala which adults often add... fibre has been strained here so its easily digestible by kids.
