Rice and curry sizzler.. rice sauteed in palak.. just taste great.. and the vegetables with potato, peas and paneer is a very nice combination.. and little pav bhaji masala added to the vegetables.. gives a nice flavour..

Love your explanation of inflammation of the body and its long term effect. I have cleaned up my diet and refined it further after reading your article. Feel much better and rarely fall ill now thanks to eat clean fresh food and following a lot of these healthy recipes. Love the Barley and Moong Dal Khichdi.

Thanks for this lovely article on inflammation of the body and i have a friend who is continuously falling sick and she will benefit from reading this and cleaning up her diet. More fresh vegetables and fruits and no packaged foods would do wonders to her.
