Chinese Vegetable Recipes

Chinese vegetable dishes are mostly gravy-based, and served along with rice or noodles, such as the Vegetable Chow Mein, Schezuan Style Stir Fried Vegetables, and Chilli Potatoes. The serving style is usually quite attractive, and the very sight of perfectly cooked noodles or rice topped with spicy, veggie-loaded gravy is appetizing!

Chilli Hoisin Sauce, Hot Garlic Sauce, Black Bean Sauce are popular sauces that can be used to cook veggies and make satiating delicacies. Hot Garlic Sauce with Baby Corn and Broccoli is a well-balanced accompaniment with exciting flavors.

Okra is widely used in Indian preparations. How about deep-frying and tossing them in fiery sauces?! Relish this Okra and Baby Corn in Chilli Hoisin Sauce with distinct flavour and a wonderful texture. Bored of the basic vegetarian Manchurian?
