Tarla Dalal    Gluten is a powder which helps in achieving elasticity in bread. You will find it in stores where bakery ingredients are available.

I have cut 500 grams of potatoes and 150 grams of onion and I am going to prepare vegetable puffs in idly plate now. And we used 2 cups of maida for this recipe.

Please indicate type of oven used as it is not possible with convection type or regular microwave oven. If cooked for 10 minutes, it becomes stone hard including stuffing. Not worth trying at home.

Tarla Dalal    Hi, You can use dry butter, which will be available in any bakery confectionery shops. It is difficult to make with regular butter.
