Can one omit potatoes in this recipe or substitute cauliflower? Also, can it be baked instead of frying? If yes, what would the oven settings be i. e temperature and time?

Tarla Dalal    Hi, yes you can omit potatoes and replace it with cauliflower or even raw bananas.In case using cauliflower add 1 tbsp of cornflour for binding. You can bake it instead of frying.
