Tarla Dalal    The dough is stiff so rolling will require little pressure like most fried puris.

I have tried this recipe. You have to use quite a lot of additional water (I used milk) to get this into anything like a pliable dough. It is worth the hassle. Very Very tasty little biscuit type offerings

Tarla Dalal    Hi, You can try and bake at 180 C for 10 minutes and keep checking, make sure you roll them little thin or else they will take a long time to cook.
