Method
  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and chilli garlic paste and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the coriander, tomato ketchup and lemon juice, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot.

Simple mushroom recipe with garlicky taste.. it is so quick and easy to make it.. Goes very well with roti and naan.. also made this recipe for a house party.. it was just amazing.. and a hit..
