Main Ingredients
1 tbsp red chilli paste
2 cups sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
salt to taste
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and chilli garlic paste and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the coriander, tomato ketchup and lemon juice, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.

Simple mushroom recipe with garlicky taste.. it is so quick and easy to make it.. Goes very well with roti and naan.. also made this recipe for a house party.. it was just amazing.. and a hit..
