  2. Add the colored capsicum and corn, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the white sauce, grated cheese, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minute. Keep aside.


How to proceed
 

  1. Place the baguette on a clean, dry surface and slit it from top and scoop out the centre using your fingers, so as to form a hollow cavity. Discard the scooped out portion.
  2. Fill the baguette with the prepared mixture.
  3. Place it on a greased baking tray and sprinkle processed cheese evenly over it.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.

    3. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped onion and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.

    4. Add the 1 1/2 cups chopped coloured capsicum and 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane), mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

    5. Add the white sauce 5 tbsp grated processed cheese, 1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika), 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs, salt and to taste and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minute. Keep aside.

Some may find it bland, but thats the way the french eat. I love it too. the white sauce is creamy and the cheese is just divine. good snack.
