The Thai Smoothie is a drink with an oriental touch. Chilled coconut milk gets a very flavourful boost with cardamom, our everyday Indian spice! When mangoes are in season, feel free to use them instead of canned mango pulp.
- Combine the coconut milk, mango pulp, curds, sugar and cardamom powder and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately.
