With its fruity flavour and pleasant colour, the Quick Eggless Melon Mousse is sure to steal everybody’s heart.
The combination of whipped cream and melon puree gives the mousse a creamy and luscious mouth-feel, while dainty muskmelon balls suspended in the mousse act as nice juicy spots in between creamy mouthfuls.
Make sure the whipped cream is really thick, and also remember to blend the muskmelon without any water to get a creamy and not watery puree.
Refrigerate for a few hours before serving to get the intended consistency.

- Combine the whipped cream and powdered sugar in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Add the melon purée and fold gently.
- Add the muskmelon balls and fold gently.
- Put the mixture into 6 individual glasses. Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours or till it sets.
- Serve chilled.
