Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 cup deseeded and sliced plum
3 tbsp sugar
2 small sticks cinnamon (dalchini)
2 tsp cornflour
For Serving
8 scoops vanilla ice cream
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan along with ¾ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 6 to 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, pour the plum mixture into 8 individual small glasses topped it with one scoop of vanilla ice-cream in each glass.
- Serve immediately.

Plum parfait..wow.. this was an unexpected dessert for my guest they just loved the sweet and sour plum taste with chilled vanilla ice-cream..
